Our Story
The Pasta Peddler's journey began over 25 years ago, rooted in a love for authentic, handmade pasta. Originally founded by others, it was in 2002 when the business took on its current form under the vision and dedication of Michael Sedia and Eric Amodeo. With a passion for crafting exceptional pasta, they transformed The Pasta Peddler into a local staple known for its unparalleled quality and taste.
From the start, our mission has been simple: to create pasta and sauces that honor traditional methods while meeting modern expectations for quality and purity. We use only the finest, freshest ingredients—no preservatives, no artificial colorings, just wholesome goodness in every bite. Whether it's our classic linguine, comforting macaroni, indulgent ravioli, or savory sauces, every product is a reflection of our commitment to excellence.
Over the years, The Pasta Peddler has grown with the community, but our values have remained steadfast. We believe that great food brings people together, and we're proud to share the tradition of authentic, handmade pasta with families near and far. From our kitchen to your table, The Pasta Peddler is more than a business—it’s a celebration of quality, tradition, and love for great food.
More recently, the next generation has stepped in to carry the tradition forward. Michael's grandson and Eric's son, Giovanni, along with Michael's granddaughter and Eric's daughter, Mia, have taken on important roles within the company. Giovanni is only the third person to ever make pasta for us, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. Mia leads packing and distribution and helps prepare our products for production.
