Every Saturday morning, we prepare our pasta fresh in-store, an event open to the public where you can watch our artisans at work and take home pasta at its peak freshness.
Our linguine is a celebration of both tradition and creativity. For purists, we offer simple, traditional linguine with a classic flavor and unbeatable quality. For those seeking something unique, our flavored linguine varieties include roasted red pepper, cracked pepper, spinach, and vino rosso, just to name a few.
In addition to our pasta, our ravioli selection is a testament to family tradition and culinary passion. We offer five distinct flavors, including our signature stuffed banana pepper ravioli, a local favorite. Our two cheese ravioli options hold special significance, crafted from cherished family recipes. One features a subtle hint of mint, inspired by Eric’s grandmother, Marion, while the other is a timeless classic, honoring Michael’s mother.
Complementing our pasta is a line of fresh, flavorful sauces. Unlike many others, our sauces are made with very little sugar or salt, ensuring a naturally delicious taste without relying on preservatives. Each batch is designed to highlight the quality of our ingredients and pair perfectly with any of our pasta offerings.
