Gift Card Policy
Redeemable for merchandise in store located at 1547 Hertel Avenue only. Please present this card to cashier for payment at time of purchase. Card must be present to access account. This card cannot be redeemed for cash. The Pasta Peddler, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of this card. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. This card is not a credit card and has no implied warranties. If card is not used for a period of 24 consecutive months, card will be void and have no value. Additional value may be added to this card at anytime. Card has no value until activated by cashier.
Return Policy
As our products are perishable, all food sales are final. The Pasta Peddler will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. The Pasta Peddler is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered. We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Refunds can only be credited to the originating credit card.
